Before publishing your app, you need to accept the Apple Developer Agreement on your account. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Apple Developer
  2. Sign in with your Apple Developer account credentials
  3. If prompted, review and accept the developer agreement Accept Developer Agreement
  4. If no prompt appears, then try visiting, review and accept any pending agreements:
